Samuel NGAMBO

Mr. Samuel Ngambo, a seasoned researcher and executive with over a decade of experience managing P/CVE activities RoL, governance, stabilization work plans, and research and learning initiatives in the LCB countries, across the Sahel and throughout West and Central Africa. Serving as the president of the C-Analytics group of companies (C-Analytics and CPHDA), Mr. Ngambo brings a wealth of experience managing governance and conflict programming and research activities for government clients and the I/NGO community. Most recently, he led a Target Audience Analysis in Nigeria, Niger, and Cameroon to understand stakeholder perceptions of the International Coalition Against Daesh’s CVE strategy, as well as a detailed landscape assessment of the Extreme North of Cameroon to understand the operating environment of local civilian society organizations focused on community resilience.

Through years of field-based development work, Mr. Ngambo has developed expertise in P/CVE, conflict resolution, civic participation, community engagement, and research—all while building an extensive network in communities, governments, and multilateral donors across West and Central Africa. He has experience managing large-scale cross-border research spanning multiple countries in the region, including in the Lake Chad Basin. Mr. Ngambo serves as a liaison with US government (USG) representatives, African government counterparts, representatives from the international community, and local leaders. Currently, Mr. Ngambo provides technical direction, leadership, and oversight of all programming and administration for C-Analytics and oversees the implementation of MEL activities.

Mr. Ngambo previously served as the executive director for CPHDA, providing in-depth contextual analysis and technical input into P/CVE activities. Having experience as a researcher, Mr. Ngambo has mentored mid and junior-level staff, building their capacity in research methods, and assisted with troubleshooting complex research challenges. He deeply understands the ever-changing context of the LCB, Sahel and West Africa having traveled extensively throughout the region on research assignments. Mr Ngambo is fluent in English, French, American Sign Language and limited proficiency in Spanish.
