Maternal and Newborn Child Health
CPHDA’s Maternal and Child Health Programs educate and enable pregnant women to seek antenatal care to receive important services that could be potentially life-saving. Training for health providers is also conducted to strengthen the capacity of healthcare workers to deliver maternal and newborn child health information and services.
CPHDA also partners with governments and local agencies to organize national efforts in reducing the incidence of maternal and newborn morbidity and mortality due to preventable diseases. These efforts include both implementation and policy and financing.
